Please make sure your app(s) and device(s) are compatible with our products, i.e. our file(s), before placing your order. Most files can be used with note-taking apps. Examples of compatible note-taking apps are GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Xodo, ZoomNotes etc. You can also use these files with Preview, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Adobe Acrobat Pro.

 

Once your payment is processed, the product(s) your purchased will be delivered as one or several digital files to download. No physical product will be shipped to you. Download and save the file(s) to your computer, tablet, or cloud storage (iCloud, Dropbox etc.) and it’s ready for use.

 

Helpful tips: duplicate your file(s) before using them to keep an original copy. The note-taking app you use might be set on “Read Only” so turn this function off to be able to use your file properly. If you encounter issues opening your file directly, open the app you usually use first, then import the file in the app.

Due to the nature of our products, i.e. digital files, we do not accept return, exchange or cancellation. If you encounter any issue to download your file(s), please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
