What We Do

We Craft Playful Workshops that Bring Humans Together

We know that making new friends as an adult can be difficult. It is the reason we founded The Centre for Human Connections. We carefully design a variety of entertaining and interactive workshops to help you bridge the gap between strangers. Our goal is to provide you with tips and tools that make genuine connections easy. With us, learn—or re-learn—how to engage with people through stimulating, in-person practice, and use these practical tools every day to improve your personal or professional communication.

We guide you to:

• Connect with others easily: Discover how to break the ice quickly.

• Skip the small talk: Transition effortlessly into deep, genuine conversations.

• Deepen your social skills: Cultivate curiosity, generosity, and active listening.

• Overcome social anxiety: Practice socializing safely in a warm, non-judgmental environment.

• Break through loneliness: Leave your screens and sofa behind to mingle with real people.

So, join us for good laughs (and refreshments) and let’s grow as a closer community together!

We respectfully acknowledge that we live, work, and learn on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the Lekwungen-speaking peoples (the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations) and the W̱SÁNEĆ peoples (including the Tsartlip, Tseycum, Tsawout, and Pauquachin Nations) whose historical relationships with these lands and waters continue to this day.
